Anything listed here is a bridge the app itself injected — that is what the hand-off should call. If this says none, the app exposes no JS bridge and a URL scheme is the only route.
App took it = the page went to the background within 2.5s, i.e. the app handled the route. Nothing happened = the route is not registered. Come back to this page after each tap.
